Gravity-defying Maxi Mounds grabbed the title for the largest artificial boobs in the world in 2005 after having the surgery, which encouraged her breasts to grow bigger.
But now safety concerns have led the operation - called the polyproplyene string technique - to be banned.
What I want to know is how does she carry them? Why would ANYONE want boobs that big? Where did the skin come from to stretch over them?

On both sides of the arguement - being her trying to lie down and be comfortable or being terrified each time you went to sleep that they were going to suffocate you.
